At 7 years old Greg started cooking for his family every Sunday as a part of important traditions in his culture. He moved to the United States at age 16 to pursue cooking and later took his craft to Canada. After many years of skills development Greg launched Li Gou Epis to deliver his culinary talents to customers worldwide. His life story combines his devotion to food traditions and belief that great experiences should follow every eating moment.
